The most prolific living option at Brickstone, a special kind of retirement community, is the bungalow. Fifty three homes extend along the wetlands and all around the Brickstone senior living campus. You can choose between two primary floor plans, each with a homey front porch and attached two car garage. You can enjoy a gas burning fireplace and ample storage. Everything is on one floor for easy access and mobility.
Apartments
Choices of forty spacious apartments are built above and around the Brickstone Village Square, a unique offering for a senior living retirement community, gathering neighbors together at the center. Since the main structure is built slightly in the shape of a crescent, you can choose a Brickstone apartment that faces the sunrise, gives you Southern exposure, faces the sunset, or overlooks the wetlands. You have a choice of ten separate floor plans of various dimensions. Each apartment brings you two bedrooms, a private balcony, and two separate full baths.
Townhouses
Nine elegant townhouses flank the front of our beautiful retirement living campus, welcoming you to the neighborhood. These offer you the most spacious floor plans at Brickstone, St. John's unique retirement community. You'll find the master bedroom on the first floor. A wide open kitchen extends into an eating area that comfortably seats four. You have both a patio and porch outside. The second floor offers another full bath, library, and additional bedroom with balcony. This is ideal space for a home office or visiting guests.
